Our Guarantee

Celebration Station items are covered by our satisfaction guarantee policy.
If you (or your gift recipient) are unhappy with your item at the time
of reciept, please contact our customer service department immediately.
Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

 

Returns 

You cannot return any "Custom, Perishable or Fragile" item, including
food and some gift baskets. Any other items for refund or replacement
must be received within 30 days of the orginal Celebration Station shipment
date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must
be accompanied by the orginal packing slip. When you return an item,
follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly,
please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your
return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If
you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and
will appear on your billing statement.

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Substitutions

We make every effort to ensure that the items we feature on our pages
are in season, in stock and are available. In some cases certian items
may not be available at certian times. Celebration Station reserves the
right to substitute any item of like color, appearance, and value.
